Parcours 7 - Mission Control

Theme: Astronaut Training. Preparing the body for G-Force and Zero Gravity. Total Duration: 40 Minutes. Psychomotor Approach: Ideal for children who are “hyposensitive” (seek sensory input) or have low muscle tone.

Format: Station Training. Timing: 45 seconds ON, 15 seconds switch time. 3 Full Rotations.

  1. Station Alpha: The Launch (Explosive Power)

    • Equipment: Federbrett 500.
    • Task: Rhythmic jumping.
    • Level 1: Constant bouncing without feet leaving the board.
    • Level 2: Jump-Turns (90 degrees).
    • Psychomotor Goal: Vestibular stimulation via vertical acceleration.
  2. Station Bravo: The Centrifuge (Endurance/Coordination)

    • Equipment: Lauftrommel.
    • Task: Continuous walking inside the drum.
    • Constraint: Must keep a steady rhythm. If they go too fast, they lose control; too slow, they stop.
    • Psychomotor Goal: Rhythmic adaptation and total body coordination.
  3. Station Charlie: The Rover (Core Strength)

    • Equipment: Rollbrett.
    • Task: “The Rocket.” Lie on stomach (prone), lift legs, propel using only hands to pull along a floor line or rope.
    • Psychomotor Goal: Strengthening the dorsal chain (back muscles) and proprioception in the shoulders.
  4. Station Delta: Landing Protocol (Balance)

    • Equipment: Rola-Bola.
    • Task: Maintain balance without the board edges touching the floor.
    • Challenge: Catch a weighted ball (Bohnensäckchen) thrown by a partner.
  • Lie on backs on gym mats.
  • Place the Bohnensäckchen on the stomach.
  • Breathe deeply so the bag rises and falls visibly.
  • Goal: Regulate heart rate back to resting state (Autoregulation).
