Parcours 8 - The Construction Crew

Theme: Building a City. Rule: No one works alone. All obstacles require at least 2 people. Psychomotor Approach: Sociomotorik. Moving in relation to others.

Objective: Transport a “fragile cargo” (e.g., a tennis ball or water cup) from Start to Finish without dropping it. The cargo must be passed between stations.

  1. Stage 1: The Heavy Loader (Laufendes A)

    • Team: 5 Children (1 Pilot, 4 Pullers).
    • Task: The Pilot holds the cargo. The team must navigate a curve to reach Stage 2.
    • Psychomotor Focus: Non-verbal communication (sensing the rope tension).
  2. Stage 2: The Hand-Over (Pipeline)

    • Team: Entire class or remaining group.
    • Task: Connect the wooden gutters. The Pilot from Stage 1 drops the ball into the pipeline.
    • Challenge: The ball must roll continuously to Stage 3. Players must run from the back of the line to the front to extend the pipe.
  3. Stage 3: The Synchronized Walk (Sommerski)

    • Team: Pair of 2.
    • Task: Catch the ball from the pipeline. Hold the ball between their foreheads (or hold a cup together) while walking on Sommerski to the finish line.
    • Psychomotor Focus: Rhythm synchronization. If they walk out of sync, the cargo drops.
  4. Stage 4: The Final Check (Balance-Board Duo)

    • Team: Pair of 2.
    • Task: Stand on the board. They must hold the cargo and perform one full rotation (360 degrees) on the board without the edges touching the floor.
  • Scenario: The team on the Laufendes A is arguing.
    • Intervention: “Stop. Everyone close your eyes. Only the Pilot can speak for 1 minute.” (Reduces sensory noise, forces listening).
  • Scenario: The Sommerski pair keeps falling.
    • Intervention: “Call out your steps loud and clear: ‘Left, Right, Left’.” (Auditory rhythm support).
