Founder’s Morning (09:00 - 10:00) Case study discussion (e.g., “How Airbnb started” or “The failure of Quibi”).
Build Sprint (10:00 - 12:30) Focused teamwork time. Instructors circulate as “consultants” to challenge assumptions.
Networking Lunch (12:30 - 13:30) Eat with rotating peer groups to practice networking skills and elevator pitches.
Skill Workshop (13:30 - 15:00) Specific training (e.g., “Excel for Finance” or “Logo Design 101”).
Mentor Sessions (15:00 - 16:30) Video calls or visits from real-world entrepreneurs.
