Table Tennis Camps

Table Tennis is the fastest sport on earth. It requires split-second decision-making, explosive movement, and intricate spin control. Our camp transforms potential into precision.

Who

Target Group: Ages 8–18.
Ideal For: Players wanting to join a club or improve their league standing.

What

Focus: Technique (Shakehand/Penhold), Footwork, Spin Reading, Service Return.
Environment: Training with top-tier Butterfly/Donic tables and robot feeders.

  • The Loop (Topspin): Creating heavy rotation against backspin. The mechanics of the “brush” contact.
  • The Chop: Defensive cutting skills for control.
  • Flicking: Attacking short serves over the table.
  • Spin Disguise: Learning to serve with same motion but different spin (backspin vs. no-spin).
  • Reading Spin: Watching the opponent’s contact point to predict ball trajectory.
  • Falkenberg Drill: Classic movement pattern (Backhand -> Forehand Pivot -> Forehand Wide).
  • Random Play: Reacting to unpredictable placement.

  1. Warm-up & Coordination (09:00 - 09:30) Ladder drills, skipping, and dynamic stretching.

  2. Multiball Session (09:30 - 11:00) Coach feeds rapid-fire balls to groove consistency and fix mechanics.

  3. Service Practice (11:00 - 12:00) Dedicated time for service experimentation and refinement.

  4. Match Play Tactics (13:30 - 15:00) Restricted game situations (e.g., “Serve must be short,” “Forehand attacks only”).

  5. King of the Table (15:00 - 16:00) Competitive fun games to end the day with high energy.

Robot Partners

We use programmable robots (Newgy/Butterfly) for distinct spin drills—perfect for practicing against that one shot you struggle with.

Video Delay

Courtside screens with a 10-second delay allow players to watch their own stroke immediately after the rally.
